Seven Points is a design and construction company based in Duhok. Our work covers architecture, interior design, fit-out, construction, project management and site supervision.
We begin with the client's requirements and the conditions of the site. Our team brings design and construction together, coordinating the work from the initial plans through to handover.

Seven Points was founded on the belief that design decisions and site work should be managed together. That principle guides how we plan, coordinate and deliver our projects.
How we work
Our work follows four connected stages. Project management runs throughout, coordinating the design, schedule and site activities.

We review the requirements, survey the site and establish the scope, budget and sequence of work.

We develop the architectural and interior design, coordinate technical requirements and select materials.

We coordinate the construction and fit-out, supervise site work and check materials and finishes against the agreed design.

We coordinate schedules, track progress, report changes and organise inspections and handover.
A drawing is only useful if it can be built well. We consider the use of the space, materials, budget and site conditions together, so the design can be carried through into construction.
